Farewell greeting from Managing Director Hans-Joachim Sahlmann

Dear customers, partners and friends of TECE,

The year 2024 marks a very special moment for me: after more than 32 years, the last ten of which have been spent in management, I will be handing over all of my responsibilities to Peter Fehlings at the end of the year. It gives me great pleasure to see that, following the death of company founder Thomas Fehlings in 2014, the eldest son of the owner family is now helping to shape the future of the company. This is a sign of the continuity and reliability that have always characterised TECE as a family business.

I look back on TECE's impressive development with pride. What began as a small company in 1987 is now an established name in the industry. Our innovative strength, the commitment of our employees and the close cooperation with you, our customers and partners, have been the basis for this success. These characteristics are firmly anchored in our company's DNA and will continue to determine our course in the future. 

I am convinced that Peter Fehlings and the entire management team will continue to keep TECE on a successful course. I look forward to following the next chapters of this success story from the sidelines.

At this point, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all of you: for your trust, your partnership and the road we have successfully travelled together. Your support was and is an essential part of our history.
