Prize draw #TECEloopstyle
Conditions of participation
This competition is organised by TECE GmbH, Hollefeldstr. 57 in D-48282 Emsdetten. Participation in the " Prize draw #TECEloopstyle" is subject to the following conditions.
§ 1 Competition eligibility / exclusions
All natural persons over the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as “participants”) are entitled to participate. If, for a variety reasons, the holding of competitions is not permitted, participation is not permitted, nor is the distribution of the prize. Employees of TECE GmbH, their relatives and other persons involved in organising the competition or promotion are excluded from participation The participant assures that the personal details provided by him/her, in particular first name, surname, age and email address are true and correct.
§ 2 Competition rules / rights to the picture, release from third party rights
To enter the "prize draw #TECEloopstyle", a picture must be posted on Instagram or Facebook under the hashtag #TECEloopstyle. By participating, the participant confirms that he/she holds the rights to the picture and agrees that TECE may use the picture posted by him/her for marketing purposes. Contributions may not be illegal, i.e. in particular they must not contain insults or false statements of fact or infringe intellectual property rights. The organiser's responsibility for any infringements of the law by the participant is expressly excluded.
The competition shall run until 23:59 on 30/11/2022 (CEST) (receipt of picture by the organiser). The winner will be selected at random after the end of the entry period. By posting a picture under the hashtag #TECEloopstyle, users agree to these conditions of participation. It is expressly stated that Instagram is not associated with, sponsoring, endorsing or organising this competition. Instagram/Facebook is not available as a contact for this competition. Only photos and profiles that are publicly visible (within the sense of Instagram/Facebook) can participate in the competition.
TECE GmbH will write to the winners and notify them of their prize. Once the winners have been announced, they are requested to send an email to social@tece.de or a private message to the TECE Instagram/Facebook account with their address details within the next 20 days.
If this is not done within 20 days, any claim to the prize will be forfeited without compensation. The prize will be presented either by a TECE GmbH sales representative or by post. The presentation/shipment will take place in accordance with the normal operating procedure; no accelerated presentation can be claimed. The winner bears the shipping risk. Participation in the competition is free of charge. Each participant can only enter the prize draw with a single picture.
§ 3 Prizes

3rd prize: Logitech UE Boom 3 Night Speaker
4th prize: Anker 337 Powerbank (PowerCore 26K)
05th-10th prizes: TECE Winter Bundle: Softshell jacket, bottle opener, tote bag, work gloves, mug, umbrella, bathrobe, 2x pocket warmer
The prize is neither exchangeable nor transferable. No credit notes shall be issued, nor shall the prize be paid out in cash. No statutory warranty claims or claims under the manufacturer's guarantee are granted for the prizes. The prize will be delivered without invoice or delivery note and no invoice or delivery note will be issued upon request.
§ 4 Data protection / the consequences of using the Instagram platform do not lie within the control of the organiser
TECE GmbH will always comply with data protection regulations when collecting, processing and using the participant’s personal data. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the storage and use of his/her personal data by TECE GmbH for the purpose of carrying out and processing the competition. The personal data will not be used or stored for advertising purposes. The extent to which the data is used, processed and stored by the “Instagram” platform and/or used for other purposes is beyond the control of the organiser TECE - if in doubt, participants should refrain from taking part. The following applies to the data at TECE: The organiser stipulates that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use without consent. Furthermore, all personal data will be deleted from our distribution list as soon as the competition has ended. The participant can revoke consent at any time during the competition and thereby withdraw from the competition. This revocation must be emailed to: social@tece.de
§ 5 Exclusion from the competition
TECE GmbH may exclude participants from this competition who violate the conditions of participation, provide incorrect personal details or attempt to participate in a competition more than once. If there is a reason for exclusion, TECE GmbH may withdraw prizes and reclaim prizes that have already been issued.
§ 6 Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of TECE GmbH in Emsdetten. The participant is responsible for any taxation of the prize. TECE GmbH is entitled to terminate the competition prematurely at any time. If any provision of these conditions of participation is invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The conditions of participation for this competition may be changed at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. Additions and changes will be communicated in writing at this point if necessary.
